AFTER last year’s pleasantly successful strolls around the Temple, and before the spring months fully burst upon us, Glenn Maffia wondered about the potential of delivering some informal background talks on the subject of the Temple of Apollo and its extended environment.

Speaking to a friend who owns a particularly fine restaurant he indicated that he would be willing to host such an event.

Therefore, if anyone has either an interest or is inquisitive about history, Glenn is intending to ‘dip his toe into the water’ to gauge the temperature of this idea.

Next Wednesday (March 29) will see Glenn give a talk, commencing 20:00, at “Karayip Korsanlari Restaurant”, better known as “Jack Sparrow’s”.

The venue is located on Adnan Menderes Blv. (Marina Road), a touch down the hill and on the same side of the road as Meandros Restaurant, directly opposite a prominent road named Koca Mustafa Caddesi.
