AN INVITATION has been extended to the Didim foreign community to attend the newest five star hotel – based at Yesilkent.

The beautiful Aurum Moon Resort, that recently opened this season, will be hosting a night for expats to come and find out more about the hotel’s plans to offer a loyalty card that will enable them to use the facilities.

The hotel will be hosting the event this Saturday June 18 from 9.30pm onwards.

Pic 3Those attending will be able to discover more about the details of the hotel’s loyalty card. It will enable expats to enter the hotel and enjoy the likes of the hotel’s all-inclusive package, including its swimming pool and hammam.

And for just 25TL per person, they will be able to join hotel guests for a night’s live concert from Aslim Can Gunduz (otherwise known as Awesome John) at the hotel.

Awesome John is a unique international entertainer, singer, guitarist showman who has been affectionately called a mix between Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix and Fred Flintshire.

Awesome John

Originally born in Istanbul, he was raised a native New Yorker after immigrating to the USA with his parents at age of four. Awesome John lived in New York City until the early 1980s.

He was acclaimed by New York critics as “The coming of the next Guitar idol.” After he was chosen from thousands of guitarists and cast in the role starring as Jimi Hendrix at the NYC Broadway musical tribute ‘Jimi and Janis Together Again”.

Pic 4Aurum Moon, which sits on the edge of the Yesilkent bay, offers a private beach area, tennis court, fitness centre and an outdoor pool. It has free wifi and each room features air conditioning, a balcony, seating area and a minibar. Equipped with a bath or shower, private bathroom includes a hairdryer. Views of the garden are also available.

The hotel offers all-inclusive service including open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at on-site restaurant. Local and imported drinks are included.
