AN AFTER-SALES company offering the best in home management services for property investors has moved to a new, more centrally located office in Didim
Didim AfterSales, which has taken over Home Service, one of the biggest home management companies in the resort, has moved to new offices above BIM, which is located on Ataturk Boulervard, just opposite Carrefour Express.
The company, which is owned by Kenan Önder, who spent several years working in the UK, has successfully secured the management of 300 units in Bodrum to do major snaggings checks and final cleans.
Didim AfterSales aims to take the pain out of coping with the stresses of looking after a second home in the sun, while allowing investors a stress-free holiday and time to get a tan, instead of a headache!
It provides a raft of services from arranging visits from tradesmen, furniture deliveries, to connection of services, such as telephone, electric, water or gas. Its main service areas include Didim, Altinkum, Akbuk and Bodrum
Mr Önder said: “As our team is local, we can speak Turkish and English, and are able to negotiate with solicitors, insurance companies, local tradesmen or service companies on a client’s behalf without the language problems.
“Whether they want a new property to be regularly inspected, maintenance or building works undertaken, pools or gardens attended, we are there to help. We are involved in complex site management from two to 300 homes.”
He added that potential clients could look at becoming members of the Didim AfterSales Owners Club, which would enable them to take advantage of many services from cleaning and key holding to being accompanied on visits to various authorities.
Mr Önder said: “DAS will take time to understand all their issues and guide them through the completion process of buying a property as well.
“As well as regular update calls in the weeks and months immediately after their purchase, when the completion date for the property nears, we will advise them on the final stages of their purchase and make sure everthing is just as they want.”
DAS also offers site management services from pool cleaning, environmental clean-ups to enforcing a complex management’s rules and regulations. Even window washing and elevator and security services!
The management service will also offer a comprehensive financial package to keep residents up-to-date on all activities on site. It includes a balance sheet, expense statement, receipts and these will be made available for the site committee.
