ZABITA officers in Didim have been kitted out with body cameras in order to record citizen’s complaints.

Didim Municipality confirmed that cam-recorders will be put to good use during the season and be used mainly for gathering evidence as well as to protect officers from complaints from the public.

It is learned the camera and recording device will be encrypted so that the carrying staff cannot intervene with them.
