A new 3 billion TL hotel is set to come to Didim, with news that an Environmental Impact Assessment study is underway.
The Aquasis Diamond Tourism Accommodation Facility, planned to be implemented by Titaş Turizm İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş., is set to be on an area of approximately 40,000 square meters in the Efeler neighborhood.
Concept
The planned facility is expected to have 450 rooms and a capacity of 900 beds. In addition, the project will include adult and children’s swimming pools, an aqua park, à la carte restaurants, cafe and lobby bar areas, an amphitheater, and an outdoor parking lot. The facility is expected to cater to the high-end holiday demand in the region.
The environmental impact assessment (EIA) process has begun with the application file now being prepared as part of the planning process.
The project is planned to employ 40 people during the construction phase and 400 people during the operation phase.
