Fenerbahçe will undertake a massive lifestyle project in Milas district, consisting of 1907 residences, 2 hotels, and a marina with a capacity of 500 yachts.

The project, named Cove1907 and designed as a year-round destination, was revealed by Fenerbahçe Board Member Yusuf Buğra Tanık.

He said: “Two months ago, we shared the Cove1907 project with you. At that time, the project was in the development phase.
“For us, this project has two important goals. The first is to generate economic resources, and the second is to create a special living space. Cove1907 will include living areas with gardens and terraces, a hotel, a marina, and social facilities.

“In this project, we are not only designing the interiors of the houses, but also the lives of the people. We are working on a residential area where people can spend time. We want to create a destination that is alive 12 months a year, not just in the summer months.”

He added: “What makes Cove1907 special is Fenerbahçe’s presence. Fenerbahçe won’t just be in the project’s name and advertisements; we want Fenerbahçe to live there. Our community will come together here.

“A project bearing the Fenerbahçe name needs to live up to that name. Nata Holding is the investor and developer of the project. Fenerbahçe is not a partner or investor in this project. Nata Holding is entirely responsible for the development, sale, and operation of the project.

“Fenerbahçe will generate revenue through brand usage. An economic value of $120 million will be created through advertising and brand collaboration,” he said.

The massive complex, which means thousands of new independent units and a heavy infrastructure burden in Milas’ natural and rural landscape, is already under scrutiny by the local public regarding its potential impacts on the region’s carrying capacity, water resources, and coastal ecosystem.

Official procedures regarding the project’s licensing, environmental impact assessment process, and construction schedule are expected to be clarified in the coming weeks.
