Janet and Ahmad came to Realty World based on the positive experiences of a friend who had sold through the company, and they were not to be disappointed.

The couple said: “We have owned one property or another over the years in Didim. We eventually settled in our beautiful villa in Akbük 9 years ago, we loved it there and spent the majority of our time there. We had great neighbours and loved every minute of our stays.

“However, with very heavy, sad hearts, it came to the point we had come to the decision that it was best to sell. The journey was getting too long and health issues. Our friend had sold previously with Realty World in Didim and she told us about her positive experience.”

Jane and Ahmad added: “We approached Realty World who gave us a valuation, we were talked through the whole process, so we decided to go ahead. We had not been back in our home country very long, when we got a call with an offer. We negotiated until eventually we were all in agreement.

“We planned our trip back to Türkiye to finalise. Everything was ready when we arrived and we finalised within 2 days. We also sold our car at the same time which we used for the remainder of our time in Didim,  this was much appreciated as we still had quite a lot to do ourselves.”

They said: “Ayşegül and Janice, were very professional and made it so easy for us, they were on hand all day to help us through it, they organised the money the bank and also the car, they also helped us with closing our internet contract. Our friend was right!
