Update

ABOUT 50 children had a wonderful time as Pinocchio’s Restaurant staged an Easter day of activities.

Thanks to the organisation of expat Andy Cowles, friends Mehmet Dogan, Cenap Demiralay, as well as Kathy Steadman and Miriam Wordsworth, the children were kept busy with a host of favourites including egg and spoon race, Easter egg hunt and ball games on the beach.

Andy said a mix of Turkish and foreign children from the community had taken part and had thoroughly enjoyed the day out.

He said: “I would like to thank everyone and Pinocchio’s for supporting the event.”

A number of young mums who attended praised the organization and keeping their little nes busy throughout the day.
