IF you’re looking for a chilled vibe, excellent service, a decent meal and great atmosphere in which to relax on your holidays, then why not check out the Lounge Bar.

Established for a number of years, the Lounge Bar is now headed up by Alan and Metin, both with wide experience in making your night as chilled, exciting or as friendly as you want it to be.

And from this season, the bar is serving up a whole new menu including pork dishes, from belly pork and gammon steak to pork chops and pork kebabs. The menu also features the Lounge Bar’s signature Indian dishes, as well as English, Turkish and Continental dishes.

The bar, which is handily located on Manastir Caddesi – a road down the side of McDonald’s and A101 just off Ataturk Boulevard, also serves up English and Turkish breakfasts at competitive prices.

Alan said: “We are now ready for the new season. Everything from the kitchen to the toilets to the front of house is new and clean, and with that we have designed a new menu having listened to our regulars and customers.

“We are proud to call ourselves a family bar and we have pledged to keep our Efes at 7TL for the season.”

The bar also features five television screens to show all summer and winter sports from football and cricket to basketball.

Metin has been the main chef in the kitchen at the Lounge for the last eight years, so consistency is assured in the meals being served.

The bar also stocks Voices Newspapers on Sundays on a weekly basis.

Lounge Bar is open 8.30am till late, seven days a week.
