Open-top tourist bus for Didim

A DIDIM Council-sponsored open-top tourist bus for sight-seeing of some of the resort’s attractions, it has been announced. 

Bus company Didim Seyahat has donated the vividly coloured bus to the local council as part of efforts to get tourists off the beaches and to see the likes of Mavisehir, Akkoy, Lake Bafa and, obviously, the likes of Miletus and Apollo Temple.

The red coloured bus, with the Temple of Apollo, the municipality image displayed and in Turkish and English, is to be offered for two trips:

1)      Costing 10TL per person: tourists will be taken on a small round route via AltInkum, Mavişehir, Akköy organic market and Miletus;

2)      Costing 20TL per person, a longer trip will include Altinkum, Mavişehir, Akköy organic market, Miletus, Bafa Lake andAkbuk

Didim Council will shortly announce the launch date and more details, such as pick-up and drop-off points for the bus.

Didim Mayor Deniz Atabay said all the work had been completed and a promotional tour will be completed in the coming days.
