Burglars about – be warned!

A VOICES reader has issued a warning to others in the community to be n their guard for burglars.

The reader and her husband, who wish to remain anonymous, were in bed when they heard a noise at 5.30am at their property in Sokak 1409, Efeler Mah. Didim, last week.

After disturbing the burglar, he fled by jumping through a window with a 10ft drop and running off.

The reader said she was surprised to find that the burglar’s entry seemed to be that of their exit – the window. Somehow they had gained entry probably with the help of another person.
