DIDIM’s name will be ‘pedalled’ around Turkey – after it became the brand for a new model of bike in Turkey.

The town’s Chamber of Commerce was informed that the Salcano bicycle manufacturer had brought out its new model and titled it: Didim.

The new bike will be marketed through 500 outlets across the country.

Commerce members had an official presentation for the manufacturer and handed a plaque in honour to its rep Emine Süme.

Commerce chairman Hilmi Yildirim said the Salcano folding bike was in honour of high sales of the biking brand in the Didim area. The new bike comes in two colours: white and black.
