DOZENS of Didim expats and locals rocked the night away with some fantastic entertainment at the Help-in-Hands Summer Bash.

The annual event, hosted on Tuesday (July 26) at Meanderos Restaurant, saw a first class night of fun and entertainment.

The night, which included an auction and raffle, was compered by former world boxing middleweight champion John H Stracey who entertained with anecdotes from his career and a spot of singing.

Singers Ali Delgado and Mick McNally brought their own unique performances to get people on the dancefloor, while the whole show, music and backing was professionally brought together with the wise-cracking DJ Nick Gammon.

Diners enjoyed a three-course meal and were left more than impressed with the night’s programme of entertainment.

Lynn Cole, who was ably assisted by Zilpha Griffiths, Barbara Heywood and the rest of the team, thanked everyone for attending and helping to make it a night to remember.

Proceeds will go towards a Help-in-Hands community project.
