SunExpress, a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, is to offer 41 weekly flights from Manchester Airport to popular holiday destinations in Turkey from summer 2024.

The airline will increase its flight frequency to Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir throughout the summer of 2024.

Antalya and Dalaman will be served with up to three daily connections. Izmir will be served with three weekly connections each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Manchester Airport’s Commercial Director, Stephen Turner, said: “We’re seeing increased demand for Turkish destinations like Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir as our customers look for the best value for money when planning their holidays.

“That’s why we’re really pleased to see SunExpress expanding its services from Manchester next summer.”

SunExpress flights will also offer 15 routes for passengers from Manchester Airport to connect to 10 other destinations in Turkey, as well as five international destinations elsewhere in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean.
