A 19-year-old who came into contact with a voltage line on a tree as he climbed to collect cines in Aydın’s Koçarlı district has lost his life.

According to information, Sabri Can, who was collecting cones from the pine tree he climbed in Satırtı, came into contact with a low voltage line passing near the tree, was electrocuted and fell.

Health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene, but they determined he had lost his life.

His body was taken to Koçarlı State Hospital.
