The Abkhazia U-16 Girls’ National Basketball Team visited Didim from December 21-25 for friendly matches, under the auspices of the Didim Municipality.

This event, organized through the efforts and hospitality of the Didim Municipality, is spearheaded by Dünya Başol, a former player of the Abkhazia National Basketball Team, and Nikolai Gushin, the coach of the Abkhazia U-16 Girls’ National Basketball Team.

Their schedule included a visit to Adnan Menderes University’s Didim Vocational School on Friday, December 22. Subsequently, the team competed in friendly matches against local league teams over the weekend.
